I know the season is still more than 200 days away, but it's fun to make some predictions none-the-less.There will be shake up in 2019, mark my words. Former MVP and record-holder David Roark won't be participating in 2019. Former back-to-back MVP, Matt Mullin will get a second round grade. Mike Mullin will get a second round grade as well. The Reigning Female MVP won't be a first rounder for the first time since 2015. For the first time in who knows how long, a player with just 1 Home Run will go in the first round. The (C) next a players name indicates that they are the team captain and if given a first round grade, they are their own pick.
1. Wolf Pack
Brandon Bailes
.690 BA. 14 Runs. 15 RBI. 6 HR.
Bailes=MVP. Pack=1-5 last year. Bailes also played on the Wolf Pack back in 2015. Match made in Heaven.
2. Base Bandits
Morgan Mullin(C)
.261 BA. 5 Runs. 5 RBI. 4 HR.
Though she struggled last season, Morgan will find her footing again in 2019. A rough patch like hers last year isn't enough to knock her out of the first round.
3. Gorillas
Caleb Curtis(C)
.577 BA. 7 Runs. 11 RBI. 3 HR.
Caleb had another solid season, no reason to see him fall from the first round.
4. Cardinals
Ben Mora
.656 BA. 14 Runs. 16 RBI. 8 HR.
Ben made a solid case for MVP in 2018. Matt Mullin's numbers dropped enough in 2018 to be considered a second rounder. Makes this duo a tough team to stop.
5. Havildars
Matthew Mora
.500 BA. 12 Runs. 10 RBI. 6 HR.
Matthew had a career year in 2018. He's the best available player on the board at this point.
6. Bats
Elijah Curtis(C)
.553 BA. 17 Runs. 16 RBI. 12 HR.
Elijah finished second last year in MVP voting, he doesn't fall from the first round list. Elijah continues to be the only player ever selected in the first round of every draft.
7. Black Mambas
Gage Stamper
.667 BA. 12 Runs. 10 RBI. 1 HR.
The 2018 Rookie of the Year gets a first round grade. He isn't going to blow you away with his power, but his ability to get on base makes him dangerous. He had the second best batting average in 2018, and he was a stout fielder as well. Mike Mullin got a first round grade last year, but he also finished 2018 as the third best player on the team, he'll get a second round grade this year.
